Auto Responders:
What are they
An auto responder automatically emails your
article to requesting readers for use in their newsletters, websites,
publications etc.
This is all done automatically without any input from yourself. Conditions are
that full copyright, credits and resource remain intact.
Yours or Ours?
If you already have an auto responder enabled
then simply supply the associated email address in the input box provided.
If you do not have an auto responder
, don't fear, we have a free system in place. We will automatically email your
article for you, then email you notification that a reader has requested your
article. You will also be notified of where the article is intended to be used
but!
this is at the discretion of the reader and we have no control over the readers
supplied publication details, legitimate or not!
Paid Schemes
For
those submitting under the "Paid Only" Scheme, you do not have to worry about
Auto Responders as your login email address will automatically be used as the
contact point for potential buyers. If you are submitting under the "Paid
& Non Paid" scheme and you wish to use you own Responder then provide your
responder email address in the box provided. After 30 days your article will
revert to the "Non Paid" Scheme and your Responder address will be used, until
the 30 days are up your login address will be used as default.
Do I Have To Have An Auto Responder?
Yes! The free
service provided by this site is intended for those of you who wish to have your
articles read by as many people as possible or for those wishing to create an
income off your work. For this site to work and in turn provide this
service to you, access to use articles from publishers is a must.

Submitting Articles
Getting Paid For Your Articles
How It Works:
There are occasions where our clients require
articles and newsletters exclusively for their opt-in mail list. In these
situations our client may offer a writer a sum of monies in exchange for
exclusive use of their work. While www.ezine-writer.com.au may
help in facilitating this, it must be stressed that the terms and the agreed
payable amount is at the discretion of the www.ezine-writer.com.au client and
the author. There may be times where www.ezine-writer.com.au will
themselves offer to enter into an agreement with an author.
www.ezine-writer.com.au will
review your submission when requested to do so by the author for possible
inclusion into a clients mail list. www.ezine-writer.com.au does not
guarantee that we will put forward your work or that your work will be accepted
by a client under this scheme. By submitting work to www.ezine-writer.com.au you
have the option of having your work included into a "Paid Only Scheme" or "Non
Paid Scheme" or combined "Paid & Non Paid Scheme".
Paid Only Scheme:
This is where you submit your work
for the sole purpose of being paid. If no paying client can be found then
www.ezine-writer.com.au are unable to publish your work and you will not be paid.
On the other hand, if a client willing to pay for your work can be found then it
is up to the client and the author to come to some level of agreement on the
terms of the contract, www.ezine-writer.com.au will only act as a go between if
required. Be aware that at times clients willing to pay for articles can be low
in numbers but the number of available articles can be large. There is no
guarantee that your article will be used.
Non Paid Scheme:
This is where you submit your work
to be included into our and our clients mail lists. Your
credits and resource information
remains intact. Your work may have been published or used elsewhere. Remember
that your resource area can generate large numbers of visitors to your website.
This will often overcome any loss of income due to not meeting any of the paid
scheme requirements. Your articles are viewable / usable by the general public
and may be included into all online publications as long as your
credits and resource
information remains intact.
Paid & Non Paid Scheme:
This is where you submit your
work for possible paid inclusion. If an agreeable client cannot be found then
your work will transfer to the "Non Paid Scheme" with full credits and resource
information included. If a buyer for your work cannot be found within
approximately 30 days then your work will be included under the "Non Paid
Scheme" and accessible to the general public for viewing and for online
publication.
Example Covenants / Terms:
(examples of the types of
conditions that may be put in place)
-
You must be the rightful owner
to the work that is to be published
-
The work must not have been
published before or have been used elsewhere
-
It is at the discretion of
www.ezine-writer.com.au to put forward your work to prospective
www.ezine-writer.com.au clients
-
You must be aware that
prospective clients may not be available or that your work may not meet the
standards or possible available categories provided for by
www.ezine-writer.com.au
-
The time frame for exclusive
use and the amount to be paid is at the discretion of the
www.ezine-writer.com.au client and the author. Time frames are usually 3-12
months before the author can republish or resubmit the article. At times an
agreement is in place that prohibits the author of ever republishing the
article I.e. Ownership of the work transfers to the www.ezine-writer.com.au
client.
-
Dependant on the agreement in
place, areas may be removed
-
The author may limit the
publications or number of recipients where the work may be used
How Much Will I Get Paid?
While it is nice and
satisfying to get paid for your work please understand that your work is only as
valuable as the client is willing to pay. If you do get an offer from a client
or from www.ezine-writer.com.au to use your work in a paid model then take some
satisfaction from this as not many article writers on the Internet obtain this
sort of offer. In fact I have come across very few websites that offer any sort
of paid plan.
Expect anywhere between AU $50
through to AU $1000 dependant on the clients usage requirements. Average
pricing is AU $100 for a 6 month exclusive contract. Well known sought after
writers will often exceed these amounts and may write 5 articles or more per
month.
Tip:
It can be more opportunistic to take
up a set time frame period where the client has exclusive rights. After this
time period has elapsed, you have the right to republish your article and so in
turn also reap the benefits of not only being paid initially for your work but
also of utilising the use of your resource box to generate visits to your
website afterwards. Not many authors opt in for transfer of ownership because of
this reason.
Standard Submission or "Non Paid Scheme"
Under a standard submission
your articles are
viewable / usable by the general public and may be used / included into all publications as long as your
credits and resource information remains intact.
